The Good Wife "Je Ne Sias What"

So I really enjoy this show. I love the story line, love affairs, and the law mixed in. In this episode Alisha helps out another lawyer, Elsbeth Tascioni (one of my favorites, she talks fast and is a little odd) who is in jail. Elsbeth's client is an Olympic runner is is suing a sponsor for not paying her because she has been charged with using drugs. While Alisha is trying to get Elsbeth out of jail, Will steps in and takes over Elsbeth's client. This hearing however is not like the Chicago courts that will is used to. First of all they speak French. They agree not to but the three "judges" (well they aren't really judges they are the panel listening to the case) continue to speak in French. Will is over his head, his usual tactics are not working. He has a great charisma and is great talking to get his way. He enlists Diane's help because she speaks French.
While they are trying to get the Olympian cleared they learn the drug in her system was medicine to have an abortion. She refuses to tell the panel this because she does not want her family to find out. In the end Alisha did her handy work and got Elsbeth freed and she came running to the panel to finish up the hearing. They found the Olympian cleared of the drugs and she was free to race and the sponsors must pay up!

Elsewhere Zach helps out his dad by finding out Maddie Hayward wants to attack Peter over racial bias. Eli tells him to address this issue at the Black Coalition while the new campaign advisor Jordan says to let it go. Peter listens to Eli and and first is seems like it was a horrible idea and was taken wrong but in the end it works. Jordan however told them they should start to listen to him. He knows what he is doing. Eli is worried that he will lose his job to Jordan. The reason he is worried is because he is being investigated and he could lose his job. The episode ends with Eli asking Elsbeth to talk (assuming she will be his new lawyer).

Side note- after Peter's speech Alisha was waiting in his bus for him to.... well you know ;) Who knows if those two will work it out. I used to really love the idea of Alisha and Will together but now I am not sure what is best for her. I do know I like how strong she has become and how she doesn't take any crap. I think Peter realizes this too and I think he may appreciate the new her.

I can't wait to see what this season will bring!
